Pros

Great place to start a career. Almost every company out there requires Big 4 experience. PwC is a great place to get this.

Cons

Complicated/convoluted advancement program, generally unrealistic management goals, and less pay than other Big 4 firms. People tend to get promoted for unknown reasons in the firm. Management utilization goals are generally far out of reach in trying to maintain a Work/Life balance.

Pros

Lots of opportunities to learn and promote. The firm regularly organizes training and learning opportunities. The "on-job coaching" reall can help junior staff grow. Staff have great amount of opportunities expose themselves to different industries and companies. Great relationship with other collaborative colleagues. Here you can make some real friends because the competition among colleagues is not tense.

Cons

Very bad work life balance. Have to work overtime everyday, including weekend. Sometime have to work overtime withough payment, it's depend on the budget of the project. Very high staff turnover rate, so sometime it's hard to follow up prior projects. Need to travel up to 100%
