Pros

The benefits and work life balance at prudential is what kept me here for almost 4 years. Many people in the company have been working there for more than 10 years.

Cons

The cons of working at Pru is the fact that they don’t have paid sick leave. Also, there needs to be more younger people and diversity at the leadership level

Pros

Great benefits, good work life balance. Good people, promotes internal movement well. Handled COVID/WFH pretty well

Cons

Bureaucratic and full of red tape. Very slow moving particularly in technology innovation. Constant organization changes, very tumultuous at the moment.
