Pros

Perfect company to work for if you prioritize work and life balance. Perfect place to retire!

Cons

If you start here as your first job in your career, it's hard to go to other places as you get used to their slow culture and too comfortable working environment.

Pros

Not too much to say at the moment. Been here over 10 years, and it gets worse every year.

Cons

Leadership loves cutting benefits. In the past year, they cut our Retiree Medical Savings Account, reduced our health benefits, increased the cost of our life insurance, etc. They don't care about employee growth - they have policies against promotions, said that being underpaid is a good thing, and have flat bonuses and nonexistent raises. When asked why we should say, leadership says "because of our mission" or "because of our ESG initiatives." Place is a joke and a sinking ship. They don't care about employees one bit. Stay far away from this blackhole.
