Pros

1. I get to work remotely and I love the fact that my team is very supportive! I have a WOMAN boss, again. WOMAN boss. She is amazing and supportive! 2. I came on board with NO experience for medicare, Training people are great at their job to teach me everything I NEED TO KNOW. 3. I am HAPPY! 4. Benefit is great, holidays and PTOs, and floating holidays. 5. Let's talk about MONEY. the new payout plan is sophisticated and you put your effort in, you get your cash out! It rewards the good agents in all areas of the process. 6. I am very confident that I will advance within the company. 7. I think we will be transitioning into flex agent which means, we will be compensated with medicare, life, loans and such more.

Cons

I am a foodie, I love rice, I also understand rice is not for everybody. I don't have anything against this company. I just happen to be a lover! If don't like to work over the phone, don't apply, if you have a lot distraction, don't apply. If you don't like to help people and make impact, don't apply~
