Pros

Work from home; 401k match.

Cons

Pay isn't comparable to going market; they don't pay any of your WFH expenses, other than sending you a computer, even though you have to have a certain internet speed and use your own cell phone. Commissions are considered bonuses and are taxed more. The "Bonus" structure is not competitive and typically unattainable due to their bonus model based on elements beyond your control.
