Pros

Great at data gathering about culture, DEI, and quality of work life. There is a lot of talk about relationships and development. They really want to build a great culture.

Cons

For all their words and talk and data gathering about culture, mission, relationships and development, they do nothing about it. Its just words.

Pros

The managers and trainers are friendly and engaging.

Cons

The marketing for Medicare Advantage plans is a bait and switch. It has to be unethical if not illegal. The commission structure is a joke and they change it whenever. They encourage churning.
