Pros

Really just the pay Bonus structure is solid

Cons

Management is inbred and in cliques Constant chaos and reprioritization Lack of organization No strategy, no metrics, a throw stuff at the wall and see what sticks approach to product Head of customer office is a micromanager Head of customer office dictates every iota of work to be done by every team No customer focus

Pros

Solid longstanding firm, excellent compliance training, excellent procedural training.

Cons

Difficult to find overall knowledgeable and skilled and trusted mentor in management level directly above advisors- especially for new advisors at this location.

Pros

They will hire anyone, so if you have no other options go for it!

Cons

Everything - commission is horrible, no stability, forced to attend trainings and meetings where you don’t get paid (i.e., slave labor) and travel without reimbursement. This place has a turnover rate over 90% for Financial Associates within the first two years - think about that for a minute! It’s a dying business model that they are already thinking about doing away with for obvious reasons. Don’t say I didn’t warn you -
