Great benefits, shifting culture

Pros

Great health and wellness benefits. They still offer a pension! Some flexibility to work remote when you need.

Cons

Company is shifting and reinventing which is good however, there are a lot of moving parts at once so there is a constant feeling of instability right now.

horrible leadership!! this is run by politics and numbers the turnover rate with everyone is a laughing stock they are internally combusting....recent buyout packages for management is making this company fall apart

Changing Work Environment

Pros

Access to new tools, technology. Company-sponsored annual technical training. Pay and benefits.

Cons

Instability due to VSP - lots of employees are leaving with no clear plan for the immediate future of those who are staying. Senior Management which concentrates on unrealistic deliverables, interested only in bringing the project to completion.
