Pros

Prudential has a very nice bonus structure compared to other companies in the industry. Bonuses for underwriters are capped at 25% of base salary.

Cons

Prudential is a very conservative company and does not like employees to challenge the status quo. They also look to promote from within and people hired outside of the company have a harder time advancing.
