Pros

Good benefits package, competitive pay, and opportunity for alternative work arrangements. As with most large companies there are some very good managers and some not so good managers, you need to make a judgement based on the particular area you will be working in.

Cons

Very risk averse culture. Behind the industry in terms of technology being used. At times office politics can overpower the task at hand. The IT staff based in the US has been shrinking steadily since 2001.

Pros

Great resources that help me to be a better agent. People are friendly and always willing to help. Good place for new agents.

Cons

Comission structure can be tough in the beginning. The fees can really start adding up and can be overwhelming. People eat your food if its left in fridge.
