Excellent place to work. Great opportunities, and they really work to build your career and value to the company as well.

Cons

Always seems to be changing, but for the better. The industry has gone through many struggles these past 2 years (2009 and 2010), and Pru has done well to stay in the Front.

Work with some great people which in return make the job much more pleasant. The ability to grow is endless. Have an open mind and be ready to work.

Cons

The work can become monotonous and if you're not in the right state of mind you can get burnt out quick.

partnership, team work, family environment, flexible, hard working team members, very knowledgeable, stable

Cons

difficult for new employees to develop, very old way of doing things .. lots of people stay but culture needs to be refreshed a bit.
