lots of support if you're producing well wonderful managing director lots of potential and freedom if you're the entreprenueral type

Cons

zero support if you're struggling working way too many hours to become established inept managers of financial services inaccurate view of the career presented by managers and recruiters technology itself is antiquated (although tech support is wonderful)

very smart people and a very flat organizational structure. pay is good, but not the top of the financial services industry.

Cons

senior mgmt sometimes does not communicate well with employees. supporting employee morale should have a higher priority on list of company objectives.
