Easy job, flexible, you can work whenever you want. You are an independent contractor. This job is commission only and create your own hours.

Cons

The cons for this job would be unsteady pay, minimal support if your having issues with the dialer or having login issues.

Prudential has good benefits but that is not enough to stay.

Cons

Calling out diversity BS in Group Underwriting. This place is horrible. Minimal minorities and hardly any minority management. The non minorities have been around a long time and promote their "friends" to a higher level. All garbage stuff that should not be happening. No one says anything because of job security. HR is bad. Try saying something to them and their answer is talk to management. Huh? Corporate HR needs to put someone in here without their knowledge to see what is going on behind closed doors. Group Underwriting not minority friendly and hardly able to move higher if you are hired. Experience is meaningless for "minorities"

their training was not that great still struggling almost a year later. there is no way of telling what part of hiring process you're in as an internal prospective hire
