Pros

Working here gives you the opportunity to earn as much as you're capable, and arrange your time flexibly. Prudential also offers free training all year round, which are insightful and interesting.

Cons

Only those who are committed, aggressive and good at sales will survive in this business. If you can't be the best, you best have other options.

Pros

Good training if you are trying to get started. Early on you must decide if you want to stay or go independent . There are pros and cons to staying and going.

Cons

Can be hard to get things done with so many different departments that have to be on the same page and at times it seems like they are all tripping over themselves.
