Pros

Great company, great benefits, good people. This is an excellent job for someone who is looking to learn about the basics of the financial services industry. Just like most jobs it is what you make of it.

Cons

There is way too much middle management that puts a ceiling in place for the rest of the employees. Unless you are good at playing the corporate game you will not advance no matter how good you agreed at your position. This position has a shelf life and is not a career.

Pros

They will reimburse all expenses with licensing and furthering your education within the financial field. They will internally hold classes to help you achieve your LUTCF, CLU and more.

Cons

It is a commission position that at the beginning there is no recurring income. If you can be committed to the long run, the sky is the limit for what you want to do.
