Pros

Tuition reimbursement good benefits. Solid company to work for!

Cons

Lower salaries! Agree with previous comment. Things have to get done the prudential way, mid management problem. Some managers are not meant to be managers but they are and if it's yours you are stuck. Now a lot of opp to move up. To much focus on high performers. Didn't like the fact that I was so underpaid, but good place to start career

quiet workplace and you work independently. If there is inclement weather, you have the chance to work from home.

Cons

Not enough overtime. Management tends to watch over your shoulder often.
