Sometimes the it is difficult to see how your daily tasks relates to the overall company goals. Management is working on making this better.

Pros

You should also know that the work environment is VERY pressured. Every position, at every level requires 110% effort. There are no slackers at the water cooler.

Cons

Culture is very high pressure, quick paced - no slackers. expect long hrs (12+) if you are in development or proj mgmt. again, it does vary by sub-organization/division and the culture is often dictated by the Director or manager...
