Pros

Make your own hours, get paid for the work you put in, run your own business

Cons

Commission only is tough, highs and lows, much tougher once they stop giving you extra incentives after first year, they work closely with you to get for first 3ish months till they earn a bonus off your productivity... then they turn their attention to the next wave of recruits.
