Great training, run your own book of business, continuing education.

Cons

Must find all your own lead sources in order to build your book of business. Worth the effort if you do not mind strictly cold calling and working on just commission

very good work balance, people deep into their careers with no ego that are willing to help, very good training, real deal experience

Cons

hierarchy is very important, large age gap between junior analysts and next level, some of the work can be monotonous, have to go out and find work
