Pros

Decent pay for work, good health benefits, nice work balance, overtime (for some roles). Company reimburses a percentage of tuition. Friendly company culture.

Cons

Mobility is limited depending on what group you start at. Company does not invest enough in employees furthering their education - reimbursement is low.
