Excellent benefits including health insurance, free lunches, and flexible working hours. Also adhered to the American With Disabilities Act (ADA).

Cons

Very structured atmosphere that didn't allow much creativity.

Prudential is a big company with a lot of avenues for many different careers ... employees can spend an entire career there and have numerous different career paths within the corporation.

Cons

Being a very large company it can be difficult to navigate or network if you're not well-connected.
