I had a good experience learned a lot good training good people to work, flexible with hours over summer they take an interest

Cons

Sometimes the job got boring and repetitive but this is because you need licenses to do the full job which i didnt have

the responsibility given to individual to deliver against their stated objectives and autonomy to manage time and resources without mice-management

Cons

opportunities to develop can be affected by lack of obvious routes up the development ladder. having a good mentor is important which can lead to promotions for poorer performing but better networked colleagues
