Pros

They are always striving to be the best and keep their agents ahead of the competition. Weekly meetings and training for the agents to keep the up to date with that latest technology and keep them motivated.

Cons

You are basically self employed ad a real estate agent, so you need to stay busy and motivated. It is up to you to make money, having a great company behind you can make all the difference.
