Pros

Work Life balance is a plus. Great hours for a new hire. Management is very approachable and reasonable. Can't complain too much

Cons

Slow paced. They need to engage their employees more and focus on cross training. It would make the job more appealing

Pros

Very flexible. Essentially set aside times you want to make calls

Cons

The window of opportunity to make the most out of calls is from 4-8 so there really just is a limited amount of flexibility. All you do is make calls which can be a drag
