Pros

Prudential is a good place to work because there is a nice setting, friendly people, and new opportunities. There are also a lot of ways to make commission.

Cons

It can be based on commission which makes it more stressful, also customers are hard to deal with because they don't understand a lot and don't have patience

I had the best training I probably have ever received for a job here - I still use the things I learned as far as customer service is concerned. They are genuinely concerned about employees and clients alike; even when the job itself was challenging, the atmosphere was supportive. Seemed like there were a lot of opportunities for good workers to advance.

Cons

As far as the company is concerned, I can't think of anything negative. It was a great experience.
