Pros

Prudentials's senior most management in Newark are among the best in the industry, they communicate well and are very approachable. The divisional presidents are the same. Once you get below that level, it's a crap shoot, some are great. Most Company executives do care about employee opinion survey. A review is ongoing by the board to improve our benefits that has already proved great for employees.

Cons

Accountability of leaders who report to divisional presidents is not consistent at all, some are held to high standards for their groups, while others are allowed to see hundreds of employees leave and see no ramifications.

Pros

good work arrangement flexibility (work from home, telework, flex days, etc), huge company but smaller units help foster teamwork environment. Very team-oriented.

Cons

salary could be a bit better, benefits could be a lot better, but overall, it's a good job at decent enough pay.

Excellent management. Excellent pay. As long as you meet your quarterly goals there is lots of opportunity to make bonuses and move up

Cons
