Pay is great, benefits are amazing. The people are what keep me coming back. Management promotes growth and opportunity

Cons

Work and life balance is not what is should be. Management can take advantage of you. They don't always have a clear path for growth outlined

Pros

There is real opportunity to make a lot of money if you have a large and wealthy existing natural market. However if you are right out of college and only know poor friends. I would caution you to stay away from this career path till you've built yourself up in some other area

Cons

You're going to work 60-80 hours a week depending on the week. As well you will have to meet strict quotas for your sales goals. It can be very stressful
