PTO, and unfair promotion practices, should be based on experience and other factors not because you can control someone.

Great cross collaboration but the user still is not the focus

Pros

The design teams are armed with great tools and resources for keeping the user at the center of the design and business making processes. We are well supported within our own smaller teams by managers who really care about us. The departmental org is phenomenal.

Cons

An older org like Pru still has a ways to go in being able to act on the user feedback we get. That old adage about turning a ship fits well here. But I gather that the impending lay offs are aiming to fix this.
