Lots of job training for Medicare and Medicare Advantage.

Cons

No clear direction and company as a whole does not seem to be very stable in terms of speaking with people that will qualify for Medicare.

There used to be some really great reasons to work at Pru. Not now. They are so far into the DEI culture and profitability over people I wouldn’t let my dog work there.
