      Prudential is dedicated to providing a great experience for its employees. There's plenty of opportunities for advancement, ample training, and interesting work.

      Its finance and sometimes its a grind

      Pros

      Help pay for education, decent work-life balance, decent amount of vacation days starting out, some excellent training sessions.

      Cons

      Lots of "reorganizing" going on currently, management difficult to communicate with and approach (at least in my area), some very pointless required training.
