      Pros

      Prudential is dedicated to providing a great experience for its employees. There's plenty of opportunities for advancement, ample training, and interesting work.

      Its finance and sometimes its a grind

      Pros

      Some good contacts, business model is interesting and you can learn a good amount related to the core drivers of the business.

      Cons

      Corporate culture is absolutely terrible. If your idea of a good work environment is to have a manager make continued unwanted sexual advances, HR do nothing despite repeated complaints, and said manager then beginning to sabotage and undermine your work as well as openly berate and insult you in front of colleagues, then this is the place for you. If not, I'd suggest steering clear!
