Pros
Everyone is approachable and no question is looked down on. Coming from college to Prudential was a great place to start my career and helped me develop my skills. Honestly, it felt as if my college was continuing as many people worked together to help each other learn and accomplish tasks. - Easy to transition to another role - Honest and knowledgeable people - I would describe the culture as kind innovation
Cons
- lower pay scale than competitors - getting needed resources for your job is too difficult (Manager would not support accommodation for Macbook - only Windows) - Too many VPs in the company
