Pros

you know the exact hours you will be working each week

Cons

Everything else. The most boring part time job ever, time in there moves in slow motion, honestly rather watch paint dry. No fun at all cant even have a conversation with a customer without a manager being in your face yet they sit on their phones all shift or sit and yap to each other. There is a clear bias as some workers will be allowed to roam around the shop like its there own home and kick the feet up whilst others will be made to slave away getting the worst shifts constantly. Great place to work if you want flashbacks to primary school as you have to ask for permission to go to the toilet or get a drink of water, sometimes you are even told no or that there is a queue. you are limited to 3 shift swaps a year and they need made 3 weeks or more in advance despite the whole point in swapping shifts is usually down to last minute plans.
