      Pros

      The People , the Pay , you can advance through the company or stay on the floor it's totally up to you, the travelling you can do.

      Cons

      The only fault is the hours are mostly flexible but at the same time that's also good if you've a busy lifestyle

      Nice offices, central location.

      Cons

      Lack of progression and career advancement all senior appointments are recruited in. Management totally out of touch with their teams 2 tier system, a real them and us mentality. Total lack of transparency around bonudes (only those who "play the game" are rewarded with discretionary bonus by their Director Opinions never listened to....They run an employee engagement survey each year and simply never act on any of the issues raised. Just run one so they can tick a box to say that asked employees Toxic culture
