      Pros

      - Lots of support from all staff (staff worked together to tidy whole shop at the end of the day- if you finished your section you were sent to another) - Rarely stressful (except at Christmas) - Many attempts to keep up staff morale - Free night out in fancy hotel because we won an award - Pay was quite good- £5.92 for under 18s - Shifts often the same each week- we were rarely asked to work extra

      Cons

      - no benefits (discount/commission etc) - work was often boring throughout the day - Management not great- I didn't know who my line manger was - we weren't allowed to leave until the entire shop was tidy so often stayed 45mins+ longer than contracted (however we were paid for extra time)

      Over-time available, nice coworkers, and my manager

      A lot of work, often no help, my departament was inside sorting and was not really nice

      Pros

      You will make good friends and compared to most retail jobs, you would be getting paid better. Also is easy to get a job in it.

      Cons

      It can be a tough and energy consuming job. They are also particular about being late. The experience of it usually depends on the supervisors and managers
