The fuel cells are dangerous, and have killed operators in the past, and will again. Plug Power ignores safety protocol to the extreme. Training is minimal. Any training you do receive is not relevant, and is only done so management can pat themselves on the back. You will never have time off, and when you do, you will get constant phone calls and emails. If you have no regard for your mental wellbeing, or your personal safety, then this is the place for you.
