      People, venue, culture, benefits, career paths, opportunities, inclusiveness, open door policy, minority hiring practices, flexibility, salary competitiveness, personal development opportunities.

      Cons

      Fear implications of constant change (potential job loss, site closures, mergers, downsizing, belt tightening, doing more with less, disparity between executive salary % increases vs. rest of company employees, offshoring. etc, etc, etc).

      Support communities, support staff involvement in supporting communites.

      Cons

      Too big, too political, it did not mattered what your personal contribution was in the end when broad decisions were made to shutter an entire site.

      Challenging environment. Opportunities for advancement seem more readily attainable than my previous employer (UPS). Hiring process is very stringent - less competition when it comes to climbing up the corporate ladder

      -Too many things to juggle (projects/assignments/ad hoc requests), it's not uncommon to feel overwhelmed. - Under-staffed!
