The culture of the Pearl River campus is very inviting. The benefits are incredible and the pay is competitive because they offer you both a yearly bonus and raise.
Cons
Unfortunately with the timing of my original manager leaving and the large amount of work to be done on my team, my training fell through the cracks and lead to a large amount of issues.
Excellent Benefits. 3 weeks vacation for new employees. "Caregiver" leave is an extra 5 vacation days to care for sick relatives/children. Job responsibilities are clearly laid out
Cons
It's not very easy to climb the ladder. Static review criteria and capped raises mean that promotion to different roles is the only way to get ahead.
