      Challenging environment. Opportunities for advancement seem more readily attainable than my previous employer (UPS). Hiring process is very stringent - less competition when it comes to climbing up the corporate ladder

      Cons

      -Too many things to juggle (projects/assignments/ad hoc requests), it's not uncommon to feel overwhelmed. - Under-staffed!

      Powerful company -- intellectually, financially, and in what it can do for society. Very good benefits. Very influential. Has the potential to really make a difference for people around the world.

      Cons

      Hierarchical (though it's trying to change). Conservative and stodgy. Uber-political to the detriment of its employees and its external reputation. Too decentralized and not willing to make bold moves.
