- CEO does really care about employees - growth opportunities - good culture

Cons

- risk of getting burned out, much pressure and high workload - salary reviews should be taken more seriously

Pros

Cool office view if you got the chance to work there when it was open. Some cool gifts. Colleagues in similar roles are fairly nice.

Cons

A lot of fake management straight from the top. "Cash is King" are their true values as was often repeated throughout my time there. IT is a mess. Security is palpable. Good at promising bad at delivering.
