      Pros

      At the moment not much. In the good days there was a lot of buzz and can do feeling.

      Cons

      Lots of politics and cut throat culture. Cash is king meaning intense cost cutting They lied. They said no job cuts and they cut many people at the beginning of covid. One of the values is be humble, the management team are all but humble. Industry is suffering and it’s hard to stay motivated.

      Pros

      TravelPerk has a culture that is completely incomparable and is without a doubt, a people-first company (when there's enough cash). We also had flexible hours (except on Fridays when we had End of Week - I loved that). TravelPerk has an amazing product built by amazing people, recruitment is extremely difficult meaning that only the best get in.

      Cons

      As the pandemic progressed the company was really badly hit - business travel stopped overnight and it hit us hard, our culture shifted and the company changed. This meant a lot of budget cuts and suddenly "cash is king" became the most common phrase. During ERTE our hours were cut to a minimum but our targets remained the same which resulted in us working when we were not being paid which was very unfair. There is no DEI plan in TravelPerk, the final decision-makers in interviews had a very closed mindset and made no effort to diversify the company. When it comes to pay the salaries are below the market and the benefits are very poor - you just have a choice between gym allowance or medical insurance.

      Great people and team environment, many benefits, good atmosphere

      Cons

      customer care team are treated as second best sometimes. It feels like we are not included with the rest of the company.
