TravelPerk is an amazing company, really hard to imitate. The culture, the product, the perks: everything is built to make sure you have a great experience day in and day out.

Cons

No disadvantages. I had such a great time that it was hard for me to leave the company last year

Work from home after covid.

It could be a great place but something is getting lost along the way. First there's a gap of 12K in between salaries of the agents. I worked years without the promised raise. If you give feedback to CC supervisors or VP they wont listen unless it benefits them somehow. There's a specific group of people in CC that you need to get along with if you are looking for a promotion or even just trying to be a part of the ongoing projects. The CEO prefers to be funny than being open and transparent. During covid, the ceo made a video dressed as a superheroe together with people from other departaments to show how TK won covid, just a small detail: the entire company was out of ERTE while CC was still with work hours and salary reduced. It was extremely offensive.

Lack of feedback culture, in general mid management are not well trained or skilled managers.
