Good people who care even during a pandemic

Pros

The people that make this company are in general really good at their job. The leadership team takes problems seriously and calmly to discuss possible solutions and there is a lot of transparency with those decisions.

Cons

We are in the middle of a pandemic, some benefits have been cut and we do not realy get to " hang out" so much

Pros

Company in continous change, a lot of challenges and full ownership. Many opportunities to grow and develop yourself as a professional. Startup mindset.

Cons

Contant changes, not a suitable environment for people not flexible and not ready to adapt. Sometimes too many changes in a sort period.
