We continuously evaluate our organisational structure to ensure our employees have the necessary resources and support. Earlier this year, we added a US-based People Partner to offer more localised support. We take your comments about room for advancement and the feeling of imbalance to heart. We strive to promote an environment where employees feel they have growth opportunities and are treated fairly. While we had around 43% of our managers promoted internally, and internal opportunities offered and accepted have grown quarter over quarter for the past several years, it’s clear you felt we missed the mark. In terms of diversity and inclusion, we are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace that embraces diversity. Your observations highlight where you believe we can improve, and we appreciate your openness in sharing this perspective.
