Pros

Great people, great team and nice office.

Cons

Very low pay. They are staying behind other competitors and many people are leaving because of this. They don't raise salaries according to inflation or even according to your performance. They don't listen. Employees are really tired of repeating things over and over again. They put like a bonus which is RIDICULOUS because you earn more money by doing a single weekend than working hard an entire month. They do not recognize people. Boat is sinking - better be out on time.

Pros

* Business growth helps with opportunity's for personal professional growth * Business is in transition from Startup to ScaleUp, this is a really interesting time for engineering. * Some Travel Opportunities to the HQ in Barcelona * Work Life Balance is respected and a core value of the culture

Cons

* If you want a 100% remote job and to never see your colleagues IRL then other places will probably be a better fit * Python is the main language * Startup/Scaleup things change fast and often here, not everyone will love this
