We also have quarterly performance reviews to ensure managers receive the support and guidance they need. Company culture, the benefits, the 'can do ' attitude, career progression opportunities, the focus and investment the business put on its people.. we are the most important commodity they have and they recognise this every day!

Cons

Sometimes too polictical and IMO there are too many hierarchal layers that makes getting a clear decision difficult
