      International environment You get to work with people from all over the world, which brings a lot of cultural and professional richness. Strong company culture The values are well defined, and there’s a genuine focus on employee experience, internal events, and celebrations. Growth opportunities Many people have been able to step up, switch teams, lead projects, or explore new paths within the company. Great office spaces Modern offices with good coffee, snacks, chill zones, and everything you need for hybrid work. Flexibility and work-life balance Depends on the team, but generally there’s openness to remote work and flexible hours. Continuous learning You’ll find internal trainings, access to learning tools, and the chance to be involved in diverse projects. Fun internal events Team activities, themed parties, Get Togethers, afterworks, all contribute to a strong sense of community.

      Cons

      Rapid growth means constant evolution, as the company continues to scale, some processes and structures are still being defined, which can sometimes bring moments of ambiguity or adjustment.

      A real sense of team work and collaboration, growth opportunities and different ways to find challenges in your career!

      Cons

      As it has grown already exponentially, growth can be a bit harder to maneuver, it would be nice to have access to more benefits instead of having to choose between them.
