      Great company culture, great people and work ethics

      Pros

      I connected with the people at Travelperk ever since I interviewed with them. We really clicked and I knew this was the right place for me: great people with great work ethics, casual dressing and friendly environment but very efficient colleagues! Also the office and location is great and, as a start up, there is room for creativity which I missed working on other corporate environments.

      Cons

      If you are not a hard worker, this is not the place for you. You will never be bored!

      - Working on a very big problem - A team of smart, motivated and friendly people - Cool office and healthy environment

      Cons

      - Things are very dynamic, so could be an issue if you're looking for a very static environment

      Pros

      - Great and smart people in the room, from product & engineering to corporate. - Flat hierarchy and transparency from the management: Experienced people who care about the employees and are clear about the roadmap to build an amazing product. - Nice company events and off-sites. - Excellent offices in Barcelona city centre.

      Cons

      - Not complains. To mention something, I sometimes miss some processes to do stuff but this is the magic of a startup, right?
