TravelPerk is an amazing company, really hard to imitate. The culture, the product, the perks: everything is built to make sure you have a great experience day in and day out.

Cons

No disadvantages. I had such a great time that it was hard for me to leave the company last year

Team is fun and engaging - a real family atmosphere Compensation and benefits are way above average in the city Possibly the best CEO ever Real fast paced, high growth start up experience You have a voice that is heard by Senior Management, whether in relation to the product, initiatives or company structure

Cons

HR team are lacklustre, meaning having a good Manager/good relationship with your Manager is essential to any long term ambitions - make sure this is the case if growth within the department you work in is what you are after
