It’s my honest belief that as a business they are committed to the growth and development of their staff as well as maintaining the highest standards of service to the customer. Flown to Barcelona for on-boarding, an experience that I will remember forever and upon return provided with intensive training, ongoing support and real camaraderie ensuring you very quickly feel integrated into the team. I have found the business to be compassionate and understanding on every level and where necessary firm but fair. It’s a place for like minded adults to thrive. If you value your career development, as well as wanting to be able to smile and laugh every day then TravelPerk is definitely the place for you. Very rarely have I encountered senior management willing to issue directives but then on a personal level explain the reasons those directives have been made. There’s a strong sense of bonding between staff who previously worked for click travel and the new travelperk staff. If you’re hard working, committed, passionate and willing to go the extra mile the business will go the extra mile for you. If you’re entitled, opinionated or have a negative mindset that’s stuck in a hierarchical structure of a workplace in your mind then advice would be to seek a more corporate workplace.
